ROOF AND WALL PANELS

Advantages of aluzinc:

• Prevents steel sheets from corrosion;
• Temperature allowed – 315 C without color damage;
• Heat-reflection. 45 % of warm go to the building through roofs and walls, aluzinc reduces warm-flow into two times;
• Reaction to the coloring – steel sheets covered with aluzinc have the best surface for painting, not depending on the sheet form: relief or flat;
• Operation life of such panels four times longer comparatively with zinc-plated sheets
• Don’t corrode after 30 years of exploitation even in heavy industrial zones.

The panels are supplied of 0,5, 0,6 and 0,7 mm thickness and can be colored in grey, cream, green, beige, violet, vinous and white. For protecting panels they are covered with modified polyester (XRW) and PVDF (XPD). Warranty period for polyester – 10 years, for PVDF – 20 years.

Roof panels (S type)

New S panels are assigned for wind and snow tension response. S panel is commonly used in roof covering “Zamil Steel”, and also as exterior sheets for ready made sandwich-panels with foamed polyurethane and rockwool core.

S panel is produced from the steel ASTM A 792M Grade 345B and covered with protective film of Aluzinc, that contains 45% of zinc and 55% of aluminum (the thickness of cover is 150 gr/m2 on the topside and backside). Steel S corrugated sheet is available in 2 nominal thicknesses: 0.5 and 0.7 mm of all RAL colors.

Aluminum S corrugated sheet is produced from ASTM B 209M alloy 3003 H26 (or alloy AA3003 H26) and is made of standard thickness 0.7 mm. As usual this kind of panels is supplied of standard colors (Frost, White) or noncolored. Zamil Steel aluminum panels of S type can be supplied of all other RAL colors placing minimal order 3000 m². You should advice with our specialists regarding delivery time.

Panels for walls and interiors (R type)

Standard panel for exteriors, interiors and wall partitions.

R steel panels are produced from the steel ASTM A 792M Grade 345B with cover aluzinc AZ150 and aluminum ASTM B 209 alloy 3003 H26 (or alloy AA3003 H26).

Steel panels are available in thickness 0.5 mm of all RAL colors.

R aluminum panels of thickness 0.7 mm are supplied in standard colors (Frost White), or noncolored. Thickness 5.5 mm is also available but we don’t advice to use such panels for interiors.

Flooring panels for mezzanine (G type)

Usage of G panels with height corrugation is standard solution of “Zamil Steel” for mezzanine and covering systems. Such kind of panels is used as nonmovable panel forms for construction of monolithic reinforced concrete slab of covering.

Noncolored Z 180 G panels are available in thickness 0.7 mm made of steel ASTM A 653M SS Grade 550.

Flat panel for sandwich-panels (T type)

Such panel is used as interior side of ready made roof sandwich panels with foam polyurethane or rockwool core and also as topside and backside for wall sandwich panels with foam polyurethane core.

T panels have the same specifications and colors like S panels.

As internal side of sandwich panels T panels are available only in white (Frost White). For external usage As external side of sandwich panels T panels are available in all RAL colors.
