PROJECTING OF VENTILATED FACADES

Facade projects are worked out by our qualified experts-engineers, which have wide experience in this sphere.

For elaborating and creating projects we use modern three-dimensional and design construction programs. It allows our clients to see the virtual object in color with excellent photographic quality from different sides and with assumed facade.

In fulfilling technical documentation the basic factors are efficient using of material recourses and man-hours and also safety of the construction being assembled.

Projecting facades we ensure:

• Heat protection of building (facade is the major source of heat losses in cold periods and the main protection from heating in hot periods);
• Sound protection;
• Strength and stability of facades to the external influences;
• Optimization of all materials, included to the facade constructions;
• Fire safety and fire stability of building.

We fulfill projecting of facades of any complexity and any kind of buildings in Kiev and other regions of Ukraine: business centers, administrative buildings, trade complexes, industrial objects, apartment houses etc.

Elaboration of documentation is carried out in several stages:

1. Designing

Received drafts of facades are visualized with help of graphical programs. Customer is offered several variants of color solution and also several variants of construction cuttings taking into account optimization of material consumption.

We also provide our customer with technical advice.

2. Projecting

On this stage we work out scheme of units, considering individual features of building end specificity. Our designers elaborate projects of facade elements either standard or additional (slopes) and array of corbels and load-bearing profiles. Project elaboration is performed on the basis of drafts of the object and photos, provided by the customer.

Our experts can come to the object location and make all necessary measures of facades.

3. Specification estimation

We work out specification, which include material consumption, needed for construction of the object. Customer is provided with all working documentation. Experts of our company accomplish “technical assistance” of the project from beginning till the end of building process.

Thus, fulfilled documentation allows performing all necessary works on assembling of ventilated facade, particularly mounting works and economic estimations.

Besides, we provide consultation to the specialists of other companies, which undertake assembling and supervising of our construction systems.
